Prior to taking over as the Head Coach at Acadia, Baur spent three seasons as an Assistant Coach at Acadia, including serving as the interim Head Coach during their 2008 CIS Silver Medal season.  Prior to Acadia Baur was an Assistant Coach at Brandon University after making the jump to CIS from Provincial and High School positions.
